Lovely Christmas Ornaments...

Christmas Ornaments....
Wow the memories they bring...
Picking them out... OR...
Making them with favorite family members...
Unpacking them...
Placing them in just the right position on the tree...
Stepping back to see the finished job...
Yes - Ornaments are fun!

I made this great card last year for a quick display
and I didn't get a chance to share it with my blog friends.

Find your creative spot today and make some memories...
and enjoy this simple card.

Christmas Card Happiness

This sweet card took just a few
moments to create and is so fun!

I used the new Stampin' Up Color Smoky Slate Cardstock
for the foundation and some great
Christmas Designer Series Paper.

Parade of Presents...

When we think about Christmas, somehow the thought
of presents sneaks into our head.
I hope as it does, you take the time to pause and think
of the Greatest Gift Ever Given to us in Christ.

Share the Christmas story of God sending His Son for us
with your family as you wrap presents this year.
I promise you will not find it a waste of time.
It will bring joy to your time together and
create a very special bond for you.

I created this easy card in less than 20 minutes.

I hope it becomes one more "keeper" idea
in your creativity file.

Watercolor Christmas...

I enjoy watercoloring and I do it the simple way.
I remember as a little girl a sweet friend of
my Mom's who was quite an artist and oh how
I loved to go to her studio and see the beautiful things she had created.
What a wonderful Christian lady she was...just like my Mom!

Using Staz-On ink to stamp the image on watercolor paper,
I then "kissed" the two step ink with the second layer in color.
I used my blender pen next to gently move the
color into more of the open image.

Watch my blog for class opportunities to come and learn various
paper-crafting techniques as we gather for fun, food and fellowship.

I hope you enjoy today's sample of Christmas Cheer!
