A Cute Flower Treat

Just dropping a quick note to share a sneak peek of a cute treat I did for a friend. I'm creating a Sweet Treat Gift Set for her and this fun flower will be included.

I used the SU! Stamp Sets: Perfect Punches (W#117022 - C#120516) and Itty Bitty Bits (W#117056 - C#120060) along with the Curly Label Punch (#119851) for the tag stamping the sentiment of "My Friend" in Certainly Celery Classic Ink (#105217) and the accent flower in Daffodil Delight Classic Ink (#119667) on Whisper White Cardstock (#100730). It was attached to the filled 1"x 8" cello bag (#124134) with the 1/4" Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon (#109031).

The Daisy was created using the Big Shot (#113439), Daisies #2 Die (#114520) and Daffodil Delight Cardstock (#119683). Two sets of flower layers were created and stacked then curled to form the flower. A Stampin' Jewel Rhinestone (#119246) was added to the center for additional detail.

A Grateful Heart

What truth is shared in this great sentiment! A grateful heart is truly necessary for our happiness...and what better way to share your gratitude than to share this card with a good friend.

Using the stamp sets Awash with Flowers(W#117062 C@120549) and Pursuit of Happiness (W#121907 C#121970) on Whisper White Cardstock, Classic Inks in Colors: Lucky Limeade (#122935), Calypso Coral (#122939) and Daffodil Delight (#119667) created cheery flowers, while Basic Black (#101179) was used to stamp the sentiment. Once created, the top layer of Whisper White (#100730) was then adhered with SNAIL Adhesive to the layers of Daffodil Delight Cardstock (#119683) and the Lucky Limeade (#122926) card foundation. The small additional colorful accents were created with the InColor Designer Series Papers (#122384 - Calypso Coral Dots Pattern) and small scraps of Daffodil Delight and Lucky Limeade.

Spring Treats Class

This great class will teach you how to make 3 cute treat holders and 1 sweet card. Complete with instructions for each this class will be a sure hit for your fun now and in the future as you choose to recreate one or more of these fun spring projects.

For my friends that are unable to enjoy the fun in person - this class will also be available for you in two forms: a PDF (instructions only) or as a kit soon. Stay tuned for the link tomorrow.

The local class will be held on Saturday- 3/24 in a come and go fashion from 10am to 4pm and the class fee is $20. Bring a friend and each of you will receive a $5 discount to reduce your class fee to $15 each.
